Hire people ready to work and ready to change.

Steady work is one of the strongest supports for lasting recovery. If your business is open to hiring and training people in recovery, we'd like to be the network that brings you good people and keeps the relationship strong.

What employers get

Motivated people

Workers who are working a program of recovery, have housing support, and are committed to showing up.

A support system

Connected houses, churches, and providers, so you're not carrying everything alone.

Clear expectations

Shared standards for both sides, written down, so problems get handled early and fairly.

What we ask of employers

  • Real jobs, fairly paid. Participants are employees, paid at least minimum wage with proper payroll. Never unpaid or "volunteer" labor.
  • A safe workplace that follows labor and safety law.
  • Flexibility for recovery, such as time for meetings and appointments, where the job allows.
  • Respect and confidentiality. A person's recovery is theirs to share.
  • No referral payments. You won't be asked to pay, and we won't accept payment, for connecting people to your business.
