What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, optional phone, organization, and the message or details you choose to share. For anti-spam we also keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address (not the address itself) and the time you submitted.

What we don't collect

  • We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
  • We never see or store payment card details. When giving opens, payments will be handled by a hosted checkout from a payment processor.
  • We do not collect help requests from people seeking housing or treatment. Please do not submit medical, legal, or other sensitive personal details, and do not submit information about children.

How we use it

To reply to you, follow up on partnerships and offers of help, send updates you asked for, improve the site, and prevent spam. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help run the site (such as our hosting and spam-protection providers), or when the law requires.

Spam protection

Our forms may use a privacy-focused spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile). It runs a short, invisible test and may set a small token in your browser.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Ask us to delete your submission any time.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what you've sent us, or to stop emails, write to zhileman@tgtrecovery.com.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, and form data is sent over an encrypted connection to a protected database with limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what you're comfortable sharing.
